Jounral Entry: I Left Los Angeles
What a crazy chapter📚
For as long as I can remember I wanted to live in Los Angeles, the city where you could do anything, have anything, be anything. In LA there are no excuses, you have access at your fingertips to anything you could ever want or be.
And 4 years ago on November 1st 2017 I arrived in LA! A young fawn with a wild dream of seeing what this entertainment industry was all about, and man did I do just that! Los Angles was a wild ride and I am beyond grateful for every little and big experience I had there. It took moving to LA to learn that I could be different, that I could do what I set my mind to, that I didn’t have to be like anyone else, and that I could pave my own path.
Although LA was where I learned this, I came to realize that didn’t mean I had to stay there. I could take what I have learned and apply it to anywhere in the world I want to go & that is truly my dream. Not to live in a wild bustling city but to explore the ends of the earth, create something that inspires people, and know that anything is possible.
So on November 1st 2021 I left.
LA taught me many things, but most of all to follow your dreams, to be intentional with your friends, to keep your community small, to explore the things that scare you, and lastly that maybe your childhood dream doesn’t have to be your dream at 25, it can shift and change as you grow into the powerful wonder person you are meant to be!
Here is to next chapters, to finding yourself again, and to following your wildest dreams!
